Product Information

Do Loxley make phone cases for other phone models?
We are always looking to add new phone models to our leather case lineup. If there is a case you want but don't see stocked then feel free to email us and we will look into expanding our range.
I'm looking for a different colour.
We add new colours to our range seasonally. If there is a colour you are specifically after but don't see listed then please contact us and we will consider adding it.
Care & Maintenance
Loxley phone cases are made from genuine European Leather. If dirty, your case can be cleaned with a warm damp cloth. You could also consider using Collonil Leather Gel for deeper protection.
Will my phone be secure?
Yes! Your phone will be held magnetically, safely & securely within the outer leather wallet.
Can i put my credit cards and cash in the wallet?
Yes! All our cases feature pockets for your cards & cash.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment with Visa, Master Card and American Express. Both debit and credit cards along with Google Pay and Apple Pay accelerated payment services.
Is my payment information safe?
Your transaction and payment information is handled directly by Stripe, our payment provider, with secure encryption under strict banking standards.
Your credit card information is sent directly to the bank. Loxley do not have access to your payment details.
Our website payment portal is secured with SSL encryption so you can be assured your payment information is safe.
Do you accept payments over the phone, bank transfers or postal cheques?
Unfortunately we can only accept the payment methods listed on our online payment channel.
I have a discount code. How do I use it?
You can apply the code as a step in the shopping cart payment process.

Orders & Delivery

When will my case arrive?
We aim to get you your case as soon as possible. We use First Class Royal Mail as our delivery partner. Orders before 4 pm during weekdays are dispatched the same day.
Often our cases will be delivered the day after ordering, however, orders over the weekend may take longer.
Please allow 5 working days from ordering your item for delivery to take into account postal working days & hours.
I've received the wrong item! What can I do?
Please contact our customer services on our "Contact Us" page here and we will fix the issue.
Please provide the following information in your email:
- Name
- Order Number
- What item you received
- What item you were expecting

Exchange & Refunds

My phone case is faulty, what can I do?
If there is a fault with your new case please get in touch at Orders@loxleycases.com - Send us details of the fault and we will be happy to send a replacement item.
I'd like a refund, what can I do?
We offer a 30 day full refund policy on all items returned in an unused state. Please get in touch with us at Orders@loxleycases.com or use our "Contact Us" page. Let us know the details of your order and we will arrange the refund process.
