Damaged / Faulty Cases

Very rarely your case may be damaged in transit. In this circumstance we are happy to send a replacement case to you.

Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes you may want to replace an item you've purchased online. We are happy to offer a 30 day return and refund policy.

In order to initiate a refund please follow the following steps:

  2. Fill in the refund processing form which can be downloaded here.
  3. Return your case along with your completed processing form to:

Most items can be returned using Royal Mail "Large Letter" postage.

Cases must be returned in an unused state. Upon receipt of your case we will process your refund. Please allow 5 working days from receipt for your refunded cash to show on your bank account statement.
